Strategy Adds 196 BTC, Total Holdings Surpass 640,000 Coins – 29/9/2025
Strategy (MSTR) purchased 196 Bitcoin for $22.1 million on Monday, bringing its total holdings to 640,031 BTC. The acquisition was executed at an average price of $113,048 per coin, raising the company’s overall average purchase price to $73,983.
The purchase was funded through common stock sales via an at-the-market (ATM) program, along with the issuance of perpetual preferred stock.
Following the announcement, MSTR shares climbed 2.5% in pre-market trading, mirroring Bitcoin’s rise to around $112,000.
