Saylor’s Strategy boosted its BTC reserves with a $110M purchase of 1,045 coins last week.

Strategy Acquires Additional 1,045 BTC, Bringing Total Holdings to 582,000

Strategy, led by Executive Chairman Michael Saylor, disclosed the purchase of 1,045 bitcoin last week for $110.2 million, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The acquisition was executed at an average price of $105,426 per BTC, and was financed through proceeds from the firm’s STRK and STRF preferred stock offerings.

This brings Strategy’s cumulative bitcoin holdings to 582,000 BTC, acquired at an average cost of $70,086 per coin. At current market prices (approx. $107,500), the company’s BTC treasury is valued at over $62.5 billion.

Shares of MSTR gained around 2% in early premarket trading, mirroring Bitcoin’s steady recovery after last week’s brief correction.
