Semler Scientific (SMLR) has further diversified its investment portfolio by acquiring an additional 871 BTC for $88.5 million, utilizing proceeds from its January 2025 senior convertible notes issuance. The average price per bitcoin in this transaction was $101,616.
This latest acquisition increases Semler’s total bitcoin holdings to 3,192 BTC, with a combined investment of $280.4 million and an average cost of $87,854 per bitcoin.
