Token Generation Event Announced for Recall’s Decentralized AI Network

Recall Network, a decentralized AI skill marketplace, is set to debut its RECALL token on October 15, with early supporters eligible for airdrops. The ERC-20 token will launch on Coinbase’s Layer 2 network Base and can be bridged to other blockchains.

The launch is backed by leading AI partners, including Eliza, Sapien, Gaia, Cookie, Olas, Morpheus, Intuition, Protocol Labs, and Lit, all focused on advancing decentralized AI ecosystems.

Token Functionality and Governance

RECALL tokens will enable holders to fund, rank, and reward AI tools, incentivizing high-quality contributions. Developers creating successful AI models, as well as users helping to evaluate and curate them, will earn tokens. Token holders will also vote on protocol upgrades and treasury allocations, guiding the network’s growth.

“Skill markets accelerate AI development by empowering people to fund and reward the solutions they need,” said Andrew Hill, CEO of Recall Labs. “Users now have the ability to influence which AI tools are built and ensure only the most effective solutions are recognized.”

Platform and Tokenomics

Recall, formed from the merger of Textile and 3Box Labs, offers a marketplace where AI models compete, showcase skills, and are evaluated transparently on-chain. Its public testnet launched in March 2025.

At launch, 200 million RECALL tokens (20% of the total 1 billion supply) will be available. 30% of tokens are allocated to community growth, rewards, platform development, and strategic partnerships. 27% unlocks after the first year, with the remaining 73% released gradually over the next 48 months.

Michael Sena, CMO of Recall Labs, noted: “This launch rewards early supporters and aligns with partners who share our vision of advancing human-AI collaboration and highlighting effective AI solutions.”

Market Launch and Expansion Plans

Recall’s initial focus will be on crypto trading AI agents, allowing users to monetize insights on agent performance through staking RECALL tokens via the platform’s app (app.recall.network). Future markets will cover a wider range of AI skills.

Since launching, the platform has scaled to 1.4 million users across 11 markets, with 155,000 AI solutions and over 9.5 million curation signals. Recall plans to expand beyond trading, establishing an open marketplace where any AI skill with community interest can be developed, funded, and curated.
