Binance plans to discontinue Binance Pool and its related mining services at 07:00 UTC on November 10, 2026. After the deadline, the exchange will disable all mining connections and reject any shares submitted through the platform. Miners must move their equipment to another pool before the shutdown to avoid interruptions to their Bitcoin mining activities.
The company said the decision was made as part of its regular review of products and services. The closure will end more than six years of Binance Pool operations, although Binance has not disclosed the specific factors behind the decision.
Once the shutdown begins, Binance will deactivate its Mining Pool Stratum URLs and other mining endpoints. Hashrate submissions and mining shares received after 07:00 UTC will no longer be accepted, processed, or credited to users.
The closure will extend to several services beyond the main mining pool, including Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, and Transaction Accelerator. Mining pool APIs, Telegram hashrate alerts, and email notifications will also be discontinued. Following the cutoff, affected products will no longer generate new rewards, yields, or other service benefits.
The announcement does not require miners to shut down their hardware. Instead, they must change their connection settings and redirect their machines to another mining pool. Binance has not identified a replacement provider or shared figures for its current hashrate, the number of affected users, or the computing power expected to migrate elsewhere.
Final Rewards and Settlements Depend on Eligibility
Binance will calculate final rewards for eligible mining shares submitted before 07:00 UTC on November 10, following its existing Binance Pool rules. Shares submitted before the cutoff will remain subject to the platform’s applicable reward calculation procedures.
The exchange also indicated that eligible outstanding rewards, balances, refunds, and settlements may be processed after the services end. However, these payments will remain subject to product terms, account status, risk controls, compliance reviews, and applicable laws. Binance has not established a single payout date or guaranteed that all outstanding balances will be paid.
Binance Pool links will be removed from the exchange’s homepage on November 10. Users with active Pool Savings positions should unsubscribe or redeem their holdings before the service closes. Account holders should also confirm that their account details are up to date and capable of receiving any eligible remaining funds.
Miners should disconnect their equipment from Binance Pool and configure it to connect to a different provider before 07:00 UTC on November 10. Any machines still pointing to Binance’s disabled endpoints will no longer be able to submit mining work through the platform after the deadline.
Users must also complete any outstanding identity verification or other account requirements by 23:59 UTC on November 10 to help facilitate the processing of eligible rewards, refunds, and settlements. This later deadline applies to account-related procedures and does not extend mining access beyond the 07:00 UTC cutoff.
Binance Pool webpages will remain available for 14 days after the shutdown, until 07:00 UTC on November 24, 2026. Users may use this period to review historical mining data, account records, and payout information where available.
