Strategy (MSTR) reduced its bitcoin holdings by 1,638 BTC last week, bringing in approximately $104.73 million from the sales. The company also secured an additional $290.6 million through the issuance of common stock.

Alongside the bitcoin transactions, Strategy repurchased 912,143 shares of its STRC preferred stock for $81.2 million, according to a filing submitted to the U.S. SEC on Monday.

The latest bitcoin sales lowered Strategy’s total holdings to 842,138 BTC. The company’s bitcoin portfolio was accumulated at a cost of $63.51 billion, with an average acquisition price of $75,419 per coin. Strategy also boosted its dollar reserves by $250 million, increasing its total cash holdings to $4 billion.

The company said over the weekend that it will keep STRC’s annual dividend rate unchanged at 12%. Strategy added that it has no plans to recommend a dividend cut unless the preferred shares begin trading consistently close to their $100 reference price.

MSTR shares slipped 1.9% in pre-market trading as bitcoin weakened over the weekend and fell toward $62,500. STRC shares remained largely stable.
